Return & Refund Policy

No Return / No Refund Policy (Hygiene Products)

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products (including condoms), we follow a strict no return and no refund policy once the product has been delivered.


Exceptions

Refund or replacement will be considered only if:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Product is defective

  • Wrong product delivered


Reporting Issues

  • Complaints must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

  • An unboxing video or clear images may be required


Refund Process

The replacement should be raised within 24 hours of the order delivery. The replaced product will be delivered within 3-4 days.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refund timeline: 5–10 working days.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped

  • Cancellation before dispatch may be considered
